本文从理论和生产实践上分析了活性炭质量、载锌量、干燥速度及反应工艺条件对醋酸乙烯酯(VAc)合成催化剂性能的影响,并对一些影响载锌量的因素进行了研究,为配制高效催化剂和优化工艺条件提供参考。

Combined productive practice, the effect of active carbon quality, Zn loading, drying speed of catalyst and reaction conditions on the performance of catalysts for vinyl acetate(VAc) synthesis were analyzed in theory, and the factors influenced Zn loading of catalyst were also investigated. It gives a reference for catalyst preparation and process condition optimization of VAc synthesis.
