摘要
研究了Li_(1+x-y)Nb_(1-x-3y)Ti_(x+4y)微波介质陶瓷以V_2O_5作为烧结助剂的烧结机理,V_2O_5不同的引入方式对材料主晶相预合成度、钒在粉体中的分散性能、烧结性能和微波性能的温度稳定性等的影响。研究表明,该体系属于液相烧结,对V_2O_5进行热处理有利于提高预合成度,有利于制备均匀的陶瓷粉料,有利于提高烧结性能和微波性能的稳定性。
The mechanism of sintering Li_(1+x-y)Nb_(1-x-3y)Ti_(x+4y)O_3 with V_2O_5, the influence of different introduce mode of
V_2O_5 on the crystallinity of calcined powders, the dispersion of vanadium in calcined powders, and on the stability of
sintering characteristics and microwave dielectic properties with sintering temperature were investigated。Liqure-phase was
found in the system, heat treatment enhances crystallinity, improves the disperse of vanadium and the stability of sintering
characteristics and microwave dielectic properties.
