中国企业深入推行丰田生产方式的障碍分析

推行“丰田生产方式”对于提高我国汽车企业生产效率和产品质量 ,降低成本 ,优化资源配置 ,提升企业运营管理水平 ,增强汽车产业的国际竞争力具有重要意义。本文在介绍了中国企业引进丰田生产方式情况的基础上 ,对深入推行丰田生产方式的主要障碍进行了分析 ,并对如何克服这些障碍作了探讨。

Applying the Toyota Production System(TPS)is of great significance to promote automotive enterprises′production efficiency and qualiˉty of products,to lower production costs,to optimize enterprises′organizational structure and modes of operation and management,and to strengthen international competitiveness of automotive industry.Based on the situation of applying the TPS in China,the paper tries to analyze the obstacle of applying the TPS in depth.Then the author puts forward some suggestions to overcome these obstacles.
