抗癌活性肽对荷白血病鼠的作用 被引量:5

摘要 目的 :探讨抗癌活性肽抑制白血病的效应。方法 :建立小鼠白血病模型 ;MTT法检测抗胃癌生物活性肽的抑制作用 ;光镜和电镜技术对癌细胞结构进行分析。结果 :抗胃癌生物活性肽对白血病小鼠细胞增殖有较好的抑制作用 ,抑制率为 45 %。光镜下计数白血病组外周血白细胞数为 2 5 .0× 1 0 9/L,电镜显示白血病组肝、脾有典型的癌细胞浸润 ,淋巴细胞大小及细胞器变化明显。抗胃癌生物活性肽治疗 7d外周血白细胞计数为 6.0×1 0 9/L,电镜显示肝、脾癌细胞浸润减少 ,淋巴细胞大小均一 ,细胞内细胞器变化趋于正常。结论 :抗胃癌生物活性肽 ( ACBP) Objective: To study the inhibition effects of anti-cancer bioactive peptide(ACBP) on leukemia. Methods: Leukemia model of mice was build,MTT method was used to detect the inhibition effect. The ultrastructure of liver,spleen were observed by microscopy and transmission electron microscope. Results: ACBP has good inhibition effect on leukemia cell proliferation,the inhibition rate of ACBP was 45%. The number of leukemia cells in the leukemia group was 25.0×10 9/L,but it was 6. 0×10 9/L in ACBP group. The ultrastructure analysis in ACBP group showed mitochondrion and endoplasmic reticulum structure differentiating to normal and few cancer cells invaded. The size of hepatic and spleen lymphocytes showed uniform,but the structure in control group was showed typically cancer cell morphological character. Conclusion: ACBP has a function of anti-leukemia cell proliferation.
