摘要
胆道并发症仍然是原位肝移植术后常见的临床问题 ,常导致病人死亡或移植肝功能丧失。本文介绍了原位肝移植术后胆道并发症的发生、时间及其类型 ,对其病因、预防。
Bliary tract complications(BTC)after orthotopic liver transplantation(OLT) remain a source of clinical problems,resulting in an increase in morbidity and graft loss. The paper try hard to study the incidence, timing, and type of BTC, to elucidate factors related to each type of BTC, and to review their prevention, early diagnosis and effective management.
