中空双头加压螺纹钉加折断式螺钉治疗股骨颈骨折

Treatment of femoral neck fractures using hollow double ends compressive screws and breaking screws

目的 :为了提高股骨颈骨折固定强度和愈合率 ,减少骨坏死及其它并发症。方法 :应用中空双头加压螺纹钉加折断式螺钉治疗股骨颈骨折。结果 :经 3 5例临床应用及术后平均 2 8个月随访 ,优良率为 88.6%。结论 :本手术切口小、创伤小、出血少、时间短、固定较可靠 ,便于功能锻炼 ,术后恢复良好。

Objective:To improve fixation intensity and healing rate of femoral neck fracture and decrease osteonecrosis and other comlication.Method:Treatment of femoral neck fractures using hollow double ends compressive screws and breaking screws.Result:According to clinical application of 35 cases and postoperative follow-up survey for average 28 months,the percentage of fine healing is 88.6%.Conclusion:This operation has obvious advantage,the incision is small,the wound is minor,the operative time is short,the fixation is reliable,the function exercise is convinent and the postoperative recovery is satisfactory.
