摘要
目的 温热疗法对人胶质瘤细胞的杀伤作用。方法 用人胶质瘤细胞NP2 ,U2 5 1,行37℃ (对照组 ) ,4 2℃ ,4 3℃ ,4 4℃ (治疗组 )加温 1h ,用WST 1方法测定细胞生存率 ,分析肿瘤细胞杀伤效果。结果 4 3℃ ,4 4℃加温 1h ,均取得了显著的肿瘤细胞杀伤效果。结论 温热疗法作为脑胶质瘤新的临床治疗方法是可行的 。
Objective To investigate the killing effect of hyperthermia therapy on cells of glioma.Methods Human glioma cell lines(NP2,U251) were cultured at 37℃(control group), 42℃,43℃,44℃(experiment group) for an hour, and cell survival rates were measured with WST assay to assess the killing effect.Results The killing effect of hyperthermia was significant at 43℃ and 44℃ for an hour.Conclusion As a new clinical therapy on glioma, hyperthermia therapy is practical and reliable.
