摘要
本实验对两神经近断端自体神经原位再植与单纯攀式缝合两种手术模型进行组织学对比研究。经大体、光镜和电镜观察,结果:自体神经原位再植组,再植神经攀内神经纤维排列整齐,极性一致,希旺氏细胞体完整,无神经瘤结构;单纯神经缝合组:吻合口部位神经纤维排列不整齐,希旺氏细胞形态不规则,排列紊乱,胶原纤维增生,并与神经纤维缰结成团,神经髓鞘结构呈飘带状盘曲,形成瘤样结构;对照组表现为典型神经瘤结构。实验研究证明:两神经近断端自体神经原位再植术后不形成神经瘤,为临床应用这种手术方式提供了组织学的依据,为截肢后神经瘤的防治提供了一种新的手术方法。
Two experimental paterns were made for prevention and treatment of traumatic neuroma. The observation under the naked eyes, light and electrical microscope showed that the autogenous nerve replantation in situ did not form neuroma; the simple suture of proximal transection of two nerves developed tumor like formation; the cases in control group presented the typical neuroma formation. The experiment offers a theoretical ground of clinical application of a new operative method for treatment of the traumatic neuroma.
