强啡肽A与急性颅脑损伤的实验研究

The Relationship Between Dynorphin A and Craniocerebral Injury: An Experimental Study

摘要 本研究用放免法测定了猫颅脑伤后脑脊液中强啡吠A(DynA)的含量变化并观察小脑延髓池内注射DynA抗血清对颅脑伤早期的影响。结果发现:猫颅脑伤后脑脊液中DynA含量明显增加。DynA抗血清能减少颅脑伤早期低血压及高颅压的程度、升高脑灌注压、减轻脑水肿、减轻显微及超微结构的损害。证明DynA参与颅脑伤早期的病理生理变化,可能是引起继发性脑损伤的原因之一。 The immunoreactive DynA(ir-DynA) levels in CSF after craniocerebral injury and the effects of anti-DynA serum injected into the cerebellomedullaris cistern on craniocerebral injuried cat were observed in this study. The ir-DynA levels in CSF in craniocerebral injuried group was much higher than that in control group. The anti-DynA serum attenuated the incidence of hypotension, controlled ICP, maintained CPP, alleviated brain edema effectively, as well as decreased the tissue in- jury of microstructure and ultrastructure in early stage of the injury. The results showed that DynA may participate in the pathophysiological changes in early stage of craniocerebral injury, may be one of the causes led to secondary brain injury.
