鱼体华支睾吸虫囊蚴自然感染状态及保存液中存活情况

The Infection of Clonorchis sinensis metacercaria in fish and the survival of metacercaria in vitro

目的 了解华支睾吸虫囊蚴在鱼体内自然感染状态及其在保存液中的存活情况。方法 从草鱼和鳙鱼中以常规方法分离出华支睾吸虫囊蚴 ,统计各发育阶段囊蚴的情况。分别以 4℃和 30℃ ,以及 10ml容积和 10 0ml容积等不同条件保存囊蚴 ,观察囊蚴的存活情况。结果 鳙鱼体内囊蚴的成熟率和成活率大于草鱼 ;30℃保存的囊蚴发育成熟的速度较快 ,保存期短 ;4℃保存的囊蚴出现一定程度的滞育 ,2 0天后仍有较高数量的趋于成熟的囊蚴。保存液体体积的不同对囊蚴的发育生存没有明显影响。结论 囊蚴群体在鱼体内及体外环境中的生长保持一定的稳定性 ;囊蚴群体中各发育态的同时存在 ,使其具有持续发育成熟的能力 ,并保持相对稳定的感染力。

Objective To realize the infection of metacercaria of Clonorchis sinensis in fish and survival of metacercaria in vitro.Methods Separated metacercaria from Ctenopharygodon idellus and Aristichthys nobilis,and counted the different growth states of metacercaria.Kept one bottle that contained metacercaria at 4℃ and another at 30℃.Put metacercaria in 10ml and 100ml of reserving solution respectively to observe the survival of metacercaria.Results The percentage of maturation and the percentage of survival of metacercaria in A.nobilis were higher than these in C.idellus.The metacercaria at 30℃ matured faster, the save time was shorter than at 4℃;Some of metacercaria appeared diapaused at 4℃.Different volumes of reserving solution have no influence on the survival.Conclusion The colony of metacercaria could keep stable growing ability in fish and in vitro;Different growth states were existed at the same time, to make it easier for the colony to keep the competences of growth and maturation, and to hold its stabile infective ability.
