摘要
内皮素在创伤、休克、组织缺血等病理过程中具有重要的发病学意义,为探讨其对这些病理过程中发生的肠源内毒素血症的影响,本工作在大鼠止血带休克(ToS)模型上,肠道内置荧光标记内毒素,观察休克过程中血浆内毒素与内皮素变化的关系。结果发现ToS动物血浆内毒素水平显著增加,与血浆内皮素增加呈正相关关系(r=0.662;P<0.01)。用内皮素抗血清治疗ToS动物,明显抑制肠源内毒素血症发生,健康大鼠滴注内皮素,亦促进血浆肠源内毒素水平增加。实验结果表明,内皮素是肠源内毒素血症发生的重要因素之一。
Endothelin has improtant pathogenetic significance in pathological processes of shock, trauma and ischemia, In order to investigate its effect on the occurrence of enterogenic endotoxemia during these pathological processes, a tourniquet shock (ToS) model on rats was produced. Fluorescence-labelled endotoxin was put in the intestinal lumen, and plasma endotoxin and endothelin were measured during the ToS process. The results showed that plasma endotoxin level was significantly elevated in ToS animals and was positively correlated with the increase of plasma endothelin at the same time (r=0.662, P<0.01). To treat ToS animals with endothelin antiserum significantly inhibited the occurrence of enterogenic endotoxemia. Injection of endothelin to healthy rats also induced the increase of enterogenic endotoxin in plasma. We conclude that endothelin is one of the important factors in the occurrence of enterogenic endotoxemia.
