摘要
目的:评价腔内介入治疗(超声消融术、血管成形术及支架置入术)在治疗May-Thurner综合征(MTS)中的临床效果。方法:经下肢深静脉造影确诊16例MTS患者,经健侧股静脉穿刺置入下腔静脉滤器(例)后,通过患肢股静脉12小切口行超声消融术、腔内血管成形术及支架置入术治疗。结果:16例MTS患者髂静脉再通均获成功,无严重并发症发生。术后临床治愈8例,有效7例,无效1例。随访12~47月,1例术后8个月管腔再闭(支架内血栓形成)。结论:多项介入技术综合治疗MTS是一种创伤小、安全有效的方法。
Objective: To evaluate the clinical effectiveness of transluminal interventional treatment in May-Thurner syndrome(MTS). Methods: Sixteen patients who had been diagnosed as MTS of deep veins in affected lower extremities were confirmed by venogram. Inferior vena cava filters(IVCF) were placed in 12 patients via the contralateral femoral veins. Ultrasonic ablation and percutaneous transluminal angioplasty(PTA) and stent placement were carried out in all patients through mini-incision of femoral veins of the affected lower extremities. Results: The successful rate in recanalization of MTS was 100% and no serious complications were noted. The symptoms and signs were relieved in 15 cases. The clinical effective rate was 93.8%. All cases were followed up for 12~47 months. Reocclusion occured in one case because of thrombus in the stent. Conclusion: Combined transluminal interventional treatment of MTS is a mini-invasive, safe and effective method.
