妊娠合并不同类型心脏病的分娩结局

The delivery outcome under different heart diseases

目的探讨妊娠合并不同类型心脏病对分娩结局的影响。方法对在我院1997年1月～2002年4月间住院分娩的妊娠合并心脏病患者44例资料进行回顾性分析。结果 妊娠合并风心病及先心病发生率占妊娠合并心脏病前一、三位,但心衰发生率低,无孕产妇死亡;前者早产率19.48%。围生期心肌病及妊高征心脏病占发生率第四、五位,但心衰发生率高达100%,新生儿重度窒息并死亡1例。结论尽早发现和严密监测妊娠合并心脏病高危人群,正确分类并进行动态心功能评价,合理选择分娩方式,可降低孕产妇及围产儿死亡率。

ObjectiveTo investigate the delivery outcome under different heart diseases. Methods44 pregnantwomen with heart diseases in our hospital from 1997～2002 were analyzed retrospectively.ResultsThe occurring rate ofpregnancy with rheumatic and congenital heart diseases stood the first and the second place.There were less heart failure andno death in these puerperal.The premature rate was 19.48% under rheumatic heart diseases. The occurring rate of peripartumcardiomyopathy and heart diseases of pregnancy-induced hypertention syndrome stood the fourth and the fifth place, but allthese cases had heart failure.ConclusionsIt is very important to find and control the high risk population.The correctclassification of heart diseases, the continually evaluation in heart function and selecting the suitable delivery way candecrease the death rate of pregnant women, puerpera and perinatal child.
