目的 :总结 6例先天性主 -肺动脉间隔缺损 (APSD)超声心动图诊断的经验及教训。方法 :2 0 0 0年 1 0月～ 2 0 0 3年 6月间经超声心动图诊断主 -肺动脉间隔缺损的患儿 6例 ,其中男 4例 ,女 2例 ;平均年龄 6 .8岁。结果 :与术后结果对照 ,超声心动图确诊 3例 ,漏诊 1例 ,误诊 2例。结论 :APSD是一种易误诊和漏诊的少见先天性心脏病。提高对本病的认识、仔细的超声检查、结合升主动脉造影和

Objective:To review echocardiographic diagnostic experience of aortopulmonary septal defect(APSD).Methods:Six patients with APSD(everage age,6 8 years),underwent echocardiography from October 1991 to July 2001 Results:Compareed with operation,correct diagnosis of APSD was made in 3 cases and misdiagnosed in another 3.Conclusions:APSD is a rare congenital heart disease often misdiagnosed as PDA Preoperative correct diagnosis can be made by careful echocardiographic examination combined with early ascending aortic angiography and CT.
