胃术后对胆囊影响的超声检测与分析

Evaluation of Gastrectomy Influence on Cholecyst Using Ultrasonic Measarements

目的 :探讨胃或十二指肠病变行胃部分或大部切除术后对胆囊收缩功能的影响及胆结石的发生率。方法 :对 33例胃或十二指肠术后患者进行超声检测 ,并有 5 0例正常对照。结果 :胃或十二指肠术后胆囊容积增大 ,胆结石发生占 5 1 .5 % (1 7/ 33) ,胆汁淤滞占 1 5 .2 % (5 / 33) ,胆囊收缩功能不良占 6 3.6 % (2 1 / 33) ,与正常对照组比较差异显著。结论 :胃或十二指肠术后能使胆囊收缩功能不良 。

Objective:In order to investigate the influence on cholecyst brought about by gastroduodenal operation.Methods:We have made ultrasonic measurements in 33 patients after gastrectomy.Results:The volume of cholecyst was increased after operation.The gallstone occurrence rate was 51 5%(17/33)and the cholecystic contractile disfunction rate was 63 6%(21/33).There were significant differences between the cholecyst group and the normal group.Conclusions:Gastrectomy may decrease cholecystic contractile function and increase gallstone occurrence.
