超声引导卵巢囊肿硬化性治疗的研究

Study on Ultrasound Guided Sclerotic Treatment of Ovarian Cysts

目的 探索微创外科在治疗卵巢囊肿的临床应用价值。方法 35例临床和超声观察确诊的单纯囊肿和子宫内膜异位性囊肿 (巧克力囊肿 ) ,在超声引导下经皮穿刺抽液、无水乙醇注射冲洗硬化性治疗。结果 囊肿完全消失 2 8例 ;缩小 80 %以上 6例 ;缩小 5 0 %～ 80 % 1例。结论 无水乙醇无明显毒副作用 ,经治疗后病例随访时间最短 3个月 ,最长 1年以上。效果显著 ,疗效稳定。

Objective To explore the clinical application value of micro traumatic surgery in the treatment of ovarian cysts.Methods Thirty five patients with simple cysts and endometrial implanatatior(chocolate)cysts confirmed by clinical and ultrasound underwent sclerotic treat ment under ultrasound guided percutaneous puncture aspiration(PCPA)and anhydrated ethanol injection and irrigation(DEII).Results In 28 patients,the cysts disappeared completely,in six patients the cysts shrank more than 80% volume and one patients shrank 50～80% volume.Conclusions The follow up period was 3 months to more than one year.The therapeutic effect of dehydrated ethanol is very remarkable and stable without toxicity,so it is worth to be applied in clinical.
