超声对甲亢孕妇胎儿心脏结构和功能变化的临床研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的 应用超声诊断仪研究甲亢孕妇胎儿心脏形态和功能的变化。方法 超声测定 2 8例甲亢孕妇妊娠的胎儿 (研究组 )和 2 0 4例正常孕妇妊娠的胎儿 (对照组 )的心脏结构与功能的各项指标和胎儿心率 ,并随访两组新生儿出生体重。结果 甲亢孕妇胎儿心脏形态和功能均受累。甲亢孕妇的胎儿心脏相对较大 ,心脏收缩及舒张功能均增加 ,胎儿心率加快 ,出生体重降低。结论 超声能为早期观察甲亢孕妇胎儿心脏形态和功能的变化提供可靠的依据 。 Objective To assess cardiac structure and ventricular function in fetuses of hyperthyroidism mothers using ultrasonography.Methods Ultrasonography was used to obtain the variable characteristics of fetal cardic structure and function in 28 hyperthyroidism pregnant women and 204 subjects in control group. Fetal birth weight was also recorded.Results Fetal cardic structure and function in hyperthyroidism pregnant women were all impaired. These findings showed that fetal cardic structure and function were injured and became singnificantly hypertrophy and augmented respectively than those in the normal ones. The fetal heart rate was faster while the weight was lower.Conclusions Ultrasound can provide the early diagnostic basis of impaired cardiac structure and function in fetuses of hyperthyroidism pregnant women,which really develops a new route for aristogenics.
