摘要
:应用 Gd-DTPA 雾化颗粒作为对比剂进行犬肺部 M R 成像,探讨其在肺实质 M R 成像中的作用。方法:选择北方健康家犬 条,分别吸入雾化的 6 NaCl和Gd-DTPA 后行 M R扫描,通过测量肺实质信号强度( )增加幅度,了解其在肺内的分布。 SI结果:吸入生理盐水蒸汽后肺实质信号强度增加了 11.5% ~25.8%,平均 15.8%,与吸入空气时的信号强度相比无统计学差异 (t=2.798,P>0.05);吸入 Gd-DTPA 雾化颗粒后肺实质信号强度明显增加,增强幅度 42.7~76.8%,平均 59.2%,与吸入空气时的信号强度相比有统计学差异 t=4.660,P <0.05) ( 。结论:雾化的 Gd-DTPA 可以作为一种有效的肺部 M RI增强对比剂,应用雾化 Gd-DTPA 来获得大型实验动物的有关肺通气信息是可行的。
A IM : To investigate the effect of inhaling aerosolized gadolinium -DTPA (Gd-DTPA )on pulm onary M R im aging in canines. M ETH O DS:Six healthy northern dogs were perform ed M R scanning by us- ing single-shot turbo spin-echo sequence.The changes of signal intensity ( ) SI in pulmonary parenchyma were respectively m easured afterinhaling air gas,aerosolized sodium chloride and Gd-DTPA as contrastagents.The dif- ferences ofSIwere compared between them . R ESULTS:The SIofpulm onary parenchyma increased by 11.5% -25.8% after inhalation of aerosolized sodium chloride solution,with no statistic difference compared to inhalation ofair(t=2.798,P >0.05).W hereas the SI after inhalation of aerosolized Gd-DTPA increased much higher by 42.7% -76.8% than that after inhalation of air and aerosolized sodium chloride solution(t=4.660,P <0.05) .M R pulm onary ventilation inform ation of canines
