骶神经前根电刺激器恢复脊髓损伤后膀胱功能的远期疗效 被引量:1

摘要 对国内首例接受骶神经前根电刺激器 (SARS)植入手术的患者进行远期随访 ,结果发现不仅重建了患者的可控制性排尿功能 ,彻底根治了尿失禁 ,患者的生活质量也明显提高 ,至今未发现骶神经根损伤征象。说明SARS植入术是安全的 ,远期疗效满意。对国产SARS体外部分的测试结果表明其性能达到了进口同类产品水平。 The first domestic patient who had received implantation of a stimulator of anterior root of sacral nerve was followed up for 42 months. The result showed that the patient regained control of micturition and absolute continence under electric stimulation. Life quality was improved apparently. No signs of sacral nerve root injury were found. In conclusion, stimulator of anterior root of sacralnerve (SARS) implantation is a safe and effective procedure and can be used in such patient for a long term. A test of the exterior parts of an indigenous stimulator shows that it is comparable to imported ones
