摘要
随着我国加入WTO和全球经济一体化 ,企业间的竞争越来越激励 ,人才是企业竞争力的根本。企业要想在激励的市场竞争中立于不败之地 ,必须重视人力资源管理 ,本文探讨 6西格玛工具在服装人力资源管理上的运用。
Competence between enterprises is increasing with China's entrance of WTO and global economy. However, the essence of competence is talent. We must pay more attention to human resource management in order to win in market. This paper discusses the application of six sigma way in human resource management of clothing Specialty Store.
