米索前列醇阴道给药在人工流产术中的应用

Application of Misoprofil via Vagina in Artificial Abortion

目的 探讨早孕妇女行人工流产术前阴道放置米索前列醇对宫颈的扩张作用。方法 随机将 2 0 0例患者分为 2组。观察组 :10 0例术前 1～ 2小时阴道后穹窿放置米索前列醇 2 0 0 μg ;对照组 :10 0例不用任何药物 ,用传统扩宫法进行人流术。观察两组术中扩宫的难易程度 ,术中出血量 ,镇痛效果及人流综合症的发生情况。结果 观察组用药后宫颈扩张效果良好 ,与对照组相比有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1)。对发生人流综合症及其程度进行比较 ,观察组明显少于对照组 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 1) ,观察组出血量少于对照组 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。镇痛效果观察组优于对照组 (P <0 0 1)。结论 人流术前 1～ 2小时阴道内应用米索前列醇 2 0 0 μg ,可达到良好的宫颈扩张效果 ,有效提高手术质量 。

Objective To explore the expanding function of misoprofil on cervix uterus during artificial abortion.Methods 200 cases were randomly divided into two groups. Observation group 100 cases misoprofil 200μg were put at the back of vagina 1～2 hours before operation. Control group 100 cases: not use any medicine just traditional method of expanding cervix. The following items to be observed: easy or difficult ,bleeding quantity, anethesia effect and the abortion complication.Results The cervix uterus expansion of observation group is better than that of control group,there's obvious difference (P<0 01). The degree of complications of observation group is much less than that of control group, there's obvious difference (P<0 01).The bleeding quantity of observation group is less than that of control group(P<0.05),the anesthesia effect of observation group is better than that of control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Using misoprofil 200μg via vagina 1～2 hours before operation is effective in expanding cervix uterus, improving the quality of operation and lessening complications.
