摘要 提出将 holon思想引入到生产计划与控制系统中进行敏捷性的任务、资源规则与控制。在提出生产计划与控制系统的 holonic拓扑结构的基础上 ,介绍了系统的基本构造模块功能以及系统的信息组织方式 ;最后从资源-任务的角度出发 ,通过对资源 -任务信息的发布、资源 -任务的分配、基于动态虚拟组的资源 -任务的组织、可重构性的研究进一步探讨了基于 holon思想的生产计划与控制系统的运作方式 ,以期获得 holon及 holarchy为生物组织和社会组织提供的面临干扰时的稳定性 ,面临变化时的自适应性和柔性。 As a result of holonic autonomy and cooperation, the holon concept is applied in production planning and control (PPC) system to realize agile tasks and resource planning and control. On the holonic topological architecture of PPC system, behaviors of constituted holons and information management manner in the PPC system are investigated. Based on the discuss on the information announce, assignment and re-configuration of tasks and resources, a study of operational mode in the holonic PPC is developed. The holonic PPC system can achieve a stability while facing disturbance, adaptability and flexibility while facing change so that the holon and the holarchy are provided for biologic and social organizations.
