摘要
讨论了 QFW-1 8电励磁双凸极起动 /发电系统在电动运行时的两种控制策略 ,对其进行了理论上的分析 ,并在 QFW-1 8k W样机上进行了实验研究。结果表明 ,双凸极起动 /发电系统在电动运行时通过对两种控制策略的结合 ,能较好地解决航空发动机在起动过程中双凸极电机与发动机的转速及转矩的匹配问题。
The structure and the operational theory of QFW-18 doubly salient electromagnetic starter/generator system working as starter is introduced. Two control strategies are put forward and their properties are analyzed and compared. The first control strategy can work under the condition of lower revolving speed and bigger torque, the second control strategy can work under the condition of higher revolving speed and less torque. An 18 kW prototype is implemented to verify the system performance. It is shown that combining the two strategies in a appropriate way can make torque and revolving speed match well between motor and aero engine in the starting procedure of aero engine.
