摘要
对离心铸造过程中金属液体的流动、传热进行分析,成功建立了描述离心铸造充型及凝固特性的数学模型。在VisualC++6 0平台上,利用数值模拟技术对离心铸造过程中铸件的形成过程进行可视化的仿真。实际应用表明,可以达到验证现有方案、优化铸造工艺的目的。
This paper analyses the liquid flow and heat transfer during the centrifugal casting. Based on the N-S equation of the liquid flow and the equation of continuity, an appropriate mathematical model is built and a software is developed on the Visual C++6.0 platform. The software can simulate the process of the centrifugal casting. By practical application, the software can validate the technology scheme and optimize the process parameters.
