摘要
目的 研究新生鼠暴露于不同浓度氧时不同时间肺组织脂质过氧化过程和抗氧化能力的变化。方法 4组新生鼠分别暴露于 >95 %O2 、6 0 %O2 、4 0 %O2 和正常空气 (2 1 %O2 )中 ,取暴露于 1 2、2 4、4 8h和 72h 4个时相点的肺组织 ,硫代巴比妥酸法检测肺组织匀浆中丙二醛含量 (malondiadehyde ,MDA) ,化学比色法检总抗氧化能力 (totalanti oxygencapability,TAOC)。结果 各时相点新生鼠肺组织MDA含量和氧浓度呈显著正相关 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,TAOC与氧浓度呈显著负相关 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;随着氧浓度的升高和时间延长 ,DMA含量逐渐增高 ,TAOC逐渐降低 ,任何两组新生鼠肺组织MDA含量和TAOC在部分或全部时相点均存在显著差异 (P<0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1 )。结论 新生鼠暴露于 >95 %O2 、6 0 %O2 、4 0 %O2 一定时间均可引起肺组织抗氧化能力显著降低 ,脂质过氧化程度增强 ,抗氧化能力与氧浓度呈显著负相关 ,脂质过氧化程度与氧浓度呈显著正相关。
Objective To observe the changes of lipid peroxidation snd anti oxygen capability in lungs of neonatal rats exposed to different concentration oxygen for different time.Methods Four groups of neonatal rats that were less than 12 hours oid were exposed to>95%O 2,60%O 2,40%O 2and nirmal air(21%O 2)differently,and their lungs wereobtained when they had been expised for 12,24,48,mand 72hours,The malondiadehyde(MDA) level was measured by thiobarbituric acid test,and the total anti oxygen capability (TAOC) was measured by chemistry colorimentry.Results The MDA level xorrelated with oxygen xoncentration significantly positively ( P <0.01),but the TAOC correlated with it significantly negatively in lungs of neonatal rats at all time points( P <0.01).The MDA level and the TAOC in lungs of neonatal rats were significant differece between any two groups at some time points( P <0.05, P <0.01).Conclusion The TAOC decreased significantly,but the degree of lipid peroxidation increased significantly in lungs of neonatal rats exposed to >95%O 2,60%O 2,or 40%O 2 for some time.The TAOC correlate with oxygen concentration significantly negatively,but the degree of lipid peroxidation correlate with oxygen concentration significantly positively.
