摘要
目的 探讨小儿硬化性骨髓炎的治疗。方法 对早期 1 1例保守治疗无效的患儿行病骨开窗、病灶刮除及克氏针贯穿病灶区使髓腔再通手术。结果 1 1例患儿经 2～ 4年的随访 ,临床症状消失 ,无复发 ,髓腔通畅。结论 小儿硬化性骨髓炎病因不清 。
Objective To appraise treatment of chronic sclerosing osteomyelitis in children.Methods All of 11 cases were cured by surgical treatment.Results All cases recovered.They have been already followed up for 2 4years,and no recurrence has been discovered.Conclusion The etiology of chronic sclerosing osteomyelitis in children is still unknown and to cure it,surgicaltreatment is the only effective way.
