摘要
论述了社会可持续发展与资源可持续利用的基本含义,结合西北水资源的持点,开发利用存在的问题,从水资源的可持续利用角度提出了西北地区建立水资源的可持续管理的思路和要点。
This paper analyzes basic intendment of the social sustainable development and sustainable utilization of the water resources, puts forward the existence problems of development and utilization of water resources, and poses the gists of sustainable management of the water resources in northwest of China.
