摘要
以对氯苯酚为原料 ,采用相转移催化法 ,通过取代酚的醚化、酯化 ,合成氯醒酯。本法操作简便、成本较低 ,制备所得对氯苯氧乙酸和氯醒酯收率分别为 95 1%和 70 2 % ,适用于工业生产。
Meclofenoxatum was synthesized through alkylation of the substituted phenol,esterification from the starting material p-chlorophenoxy acetic acid.Phase transfer catalysis was used during the sythetic process.The modified technology is very convenient to operate with low consumption.The overall yields of p-chlorophenic acid and meclofenoxatum were 95.1% and 70.2%.The process is more moderate and simpler.
