光动力学治疗肿瘤患者3878例情况分析及近12年临床文献复习 被引量:3

Analysis of 3 878 patients with neoplasms treated with photodynamic therapy and review of the clinical literatures in the past 12 years

摘要 目的:了解国内20世纪90年代光动力学治疗(Photodynamictherapy,PDT)肿瘤的开展情况,分析制约PDT在国内开展的因素。方法:应用主题词“光化学疗法”,通过“中国生物医学文献数据库(CBMdisc)”,获取1990/2001有关光动力学治疗肿瘤的临床应用文献。结果:共报道了3878例肿瘤患者行PDT,97.91%采用第1代光敏剂。腔内肿瘤和体表肿瘤,PDT后近期显效率分别为52.97%和91.32%,均无严重的并发症发生。结论:国内开展PDT肿瘤的适应证涉及体表、腔内和实体性肿瘤。PDT是治疗体表肿瘤的较佳方法之一。 AIM:To understand the development of photodynamic therapy(PDT) for neoplasms i n the 1990s in China,and to analyze the factors that restrict the clinical appli cation of PDT in China. METHODS:The clinically applied literatures on the PDT treating tumors during 1 990 and 2001 were obtained based on the subject heading photochmotherapy by cons ulting CBMdisc.RESULTS:Totally 3 878 neoplastic patients treated with PDT were summarized.The first generation photosensitizers were applied in 97.91% patients.The markedl y effective rates of intracavitary neoplasms and superficial neoplasms were 52.9 7% and 91.32% respectively without serious complications.CONCLUSION:The PDT developed in China is applicable to neoplasms involving sup erficial,intracavitary and solid tumors.PDT is one of the most promising treatme nts for superficial neoplasms.
