骨移植牙种植体同期植入Ⅰ型胶原mRNA表达对骨整合发生的意义

摘要 目的:了解骨移植牙种植体同期植入后种植体骨整合情况及种植体周围膜形成的情况。方法:采用恒河猴为实验动物,进行自体髂骨移植,同期植入种植体,切取标本后进行Ⅰ型胶原mRNA的原位杂交。结果:Ⅰ型胶原mRNA在术后8,16周均有表达。结论:Ⅰ型胶原mRNA在种植体发生整合的过程中均有表达,其功能可能与骨基质、细胞外基质的分泌及种植体周围膜的形成有关。 AIM:To investigate the osseointegration and formation of peri-implant membran e after bone graft with simultaneous insertion of dental implants. METHODS:The rhesus monkeys,selected as the experimental animals,were performed with autogenous iliac bone graft and simultaneous insertion of dental implant.T hen the harvested tissue specimens were analyzed by using in situ hybridization of collagen I mRNA. RESULTS:Expression of I collagen mRNA was found 8 and 16 weeks after the denta l implants were inserted. CONCLUSION:The expression of I collagen mRNA is found during the osseointegrat ion of implants,and its function may be relate to bone matrix,the secretion of e xtracellular matrix and formation of peri-implant membrane.
