摘要
目的:探索修复面神经缺损的新的有效替代材料。方法:20只大鼠随机分成实验组(化学萃取同种异体胫神经移植组,10只)和对照组(自体新鲜胫神经移植组,10只)。大鼠一侧面神经下颌支缺损6mm的模型,以上述两种移植物桥接修复。术后5个月,HRP逆行示踪观察神经通路,以及用苏木精-伊红染色、LuxolFastBlue染色和透射电镜等观察神经再生的组织学情况。结果:两组均在术侧面神经核发现被标记的神经元细胞,移植段内有大量的新生有髓神经纤维和新生血管等。两组结果相似。结论:化学萃取同种异体神经极有可能成为自体神经的替代材料,应用于面神经缺损的修复。
AIM:To explore an effective new material for the repair of facial nerve defect s. METHODS:Twenty Wistar rats were randomly divided into trial group(chemical ext racted tibial nerve allograft group,10 cases) and control group(fresh tibial ner ve autograft group,10 cases).The model of mandibular division(6 mm in length) of rat unilateral facial nerve was set up.The defects were bridged by the above-m entioned two kinds of nerve grafts respectively.Nerve passageway was observed by the horseradish peroxidase(HRP) retrograde trace,and histological observation f or the nerve regeneration was done by HE staining,Luxol Fast Blue staining and t ransmission electron microscope respectively at 5 postoperative month. RESULTS:At the experimental side, the labeled cells were located at the site o f the facial nerve nucleus in the two groups.A number of regenerating myelinated nerve fibers and vessels were found in the grafting nerve.The results of the tw o groups were similar.CONCLUSION:This extracted nerve allograft may be as the substitute for autogra ft to repair the defect of facial nerve.
