摘要 由于脊柱本身解剖结构的复杂性,目前脊柱手术的准确定位在很大程度上依赖于术者的经验、解剖知识及三维空间想像能力。人们认识到随着计算机技术的成熟,在提高手术安全性方面脊柱三维成像技术有其独特的应用价值。利用颅脑外科中成熟的无框架立体定向影像系统,结合脊柱本身解剖结构的特殊性,尝试通过计算机辅助导航系统(Computer-assistedSurgeryCAS)来帮助脊柱手术中的准确定位,并通过临床应用检验其准确性,将显示其广阔的应用前景。
