牵引加微波治疗腰椎间盘突出症:随机对照疗效评价 被引量:7

摘要 目的:评价牵引加微波治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果,并与单纯牵引治疗相比较。方法:对156例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为牵引加微波治疗组和单纯牵引治疗组,腰椎牵引采用Fowler体位。微波疗法使用脉冲式微波,与腰椎牵引同步在局部进行治疗,治疗前后分别测定腰椎疾患治疗成绩评分表的得分,对其评测结果进行比较分析。结果:治疗前2组腰椎功能评分差异无显著性意义(P>0.05),治疗后2组评分分值差异有显著性意义(P<0.01),牵引加微波治疗后腰椎功能改善优于单纯牵引治疗。2组治疗后评分均与其疗效评分值差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:牵引加微波治疗腰椎间盘突出症较单纯牵引治疗效佳。 AIM:To evaluate the therapeutic effect of traction plus microwave diathermy on patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH) and compare it with that of traction therapy.METHODS:Totally 156 patients with LDH were randomly divided into traction plus microwave diathermy group and traction therapy group.Lumbar traction was applie d in Fowler's position of patient;meanwhile,microwave therapy was used by means of pulse.The scores of scale for the treatment of lumbar vertebrae were measur ed,and then the results were analyzed comparatively.RESULTS:Before treatment,the total scores of lumbar function were not signific antly different between the two groups(P >0.05),but after treatment there was si gnificantly different between the two groups(P< 0.01).The improvement of lumbar function was more remarkable in the traction plus microwave therapy group than i n the traction therapy alone.There were significant differences in the scores of lumbar function and the therapeutic scores between the two groups after the tr eatment(P< 0.01). CONCLUSION:Traction plus microwave therapy is more effective than traction the rapy in the treatment of LDH.
