摘要 肠道是机体营养物质吸收的主要场所。食物来源的长链脂肪酸(longchainfattyacid,LCFA)在膜受体作用下由肠腔进入肠上皮吸收细胞,在亲水介质胞浆中与载体蛋白—脂肪酸结合蛋白(fattyacidbindingprotein,FABP)结合并被运输至代谢场所。肠道内LCFA摄取,运输,合成、分解代谢及调控机制与其特异性载体蛋白FABP依依相关。目前,有关肠道FABP与脂类代谢,肠道损伤修复及肠道干细胞增殖分化的研究已成为热点之一,并取得重要进展。
