摘要
背景:骨膜移植及骨移植是目前治疗节段性骨缺损的常用方法,疗效尚未令人满意。目的:探讨自体游离骨膜骨髓自固化磷酸钙(FP-BM-CPC)复合移植修复节段性骨缺损的效果。设计:自身对照的前瞻性研究。地点和对象:实验由桂林医学院附属医院骨科和广西医科大学第一附属医院创伤骨科共同完成,研究对象为新西兰兔15只,雌雄不限,体质量1.5~2.5kg,由广西医科大学动物实验室提供。方法:制造实验兔双侧桡骨中段10mm的骨缺损模型。实验组:一侧骨缺损用FP-BM-CPC复合移植修复;对侧作为对照组。主要观察指标:术后1,2,4,6,8周行双侧桡骨X线平片及组织学检查。结果:实验组兔桡骨骨缺损处在8周时均获得骨性修复,对照组均为骨不连。结论:FP-BM-CPC复合移植具有良好的成骨作用,可望成为修复低负重或非负重部位节段性骨缺损的有效方法。
BACKGROUND:Periosteum transplantation and bone transplantation are common meth ods in the treatment of segmental bone defect at present with unsatisfied effect iveness.OBJECTIVE:To discuss effectiveness of united transplantation of free periosteu m-bone marrow-calcium phosphate(FP-BM-CPC) in the restoration of segmented b one defect.DESIGN:A self-control prospective study was performed.SETTING and PARTICIPANTS:The study was completed in the Department of Orthopae dics,the Affiliated Hospital of Guilin Medical College and Department of Orthopa edics and Traumatology,the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical Universi ty.Subjects were 15 New Zealand rabbits in either genders and with a body weight between 1.5 to 2.5 kg provided by Laboratory of Experimental Animals,Guangxi Me dical University.METHODS:A bone defect model at 10 mm of midpiece in both radiuses of trialal r abbit was established.Trial group: one side of bone defect was restored by the t ransplantation of FP-BM-CPC; and the other side was taken as control group.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:X-ray plain films and histological examinations for bot h radiuses after 1,2, 4,6 and 8-week surgery.RESULTS:Bone defects in trial group were restored after 8-week injury but dis union in control group.CONCLUSION:United transplantation of FP-BM-CPC has good osteogenesis, which hopefully can be used as an effective method in the restoration of segmental bon e defects in low-bearing or non-bearing parts.
