Myrainaceae。 Phyllocnistis breynilla sp, nov. Phyllocnisiis embeliella sp. nov. are described from the reared material obtained from Breynia fruiicosa (L.) Hook. f. (Euphorbiaceae) and Embelia lacta (L.) Mez. (Myrainaceae), respectively. Imago, last instar larva and pupa, leaf mines as well as male and female genitalia are figured.Larvae mining gallaries of P. breynilla are on the dorsal surface of the leaf and with central frass line, whereas those of P. embeliella on the ventral surface of the leaf and without central frass line. The holotype and paratypcs are preserved in the Department of Plant Protection, the South China Agricultural University.Phyllocnistis breynilla sp. nov.Adult (?): Wingspan 5 mm. Head, palpi, thorax and ahdomen silvery. Antennae filiform, grey whitish, except basal joints silvery white. Forrwngs lanceolate, apex acute, produced, silvery while, with two fine indistinct fuscous parallel lines in disc from base to about middle; a golden yellow long oval blotch extending in disc from 1/4 to middle, a fine somewhat outwardly oblique fuscous line before the middle of costa reading half across wing; a were straight fuscous transverse line at 3/5 of costa, terminating on dorsurn; .space between these two lines is golden yellow in color. Apical third of wing suffused with pale whitish-yellowish; at the apex is a round black dot preceded by a small silvery white crescent scale dot; cilia grey whitih; two fine obligue paralled dark fuscous lines in costal cilia, and four dark fuscous lines raciate in the apex of wing cilia; the basal half of cilia on termen is dark golden yellow limited by a curved dark fuscous line Hindwinss whitish, cilia whitish.Genitalia (?): Uncus absent, valvae long and narrow with six spines along the margin of the round apex, vinculum elongate, rounded. Valvae longer than the vinculum at a ratio 1:0.65. .Aedeagus cylindrical, with a tubular theca, enclosing the acdeagus.Genitalia (?): Bursae copulatrix moderately long, membranous, scattered with minute spinesand with two signums. Signum horn-shaped wills a long spine protruded in its center; the largersignum rather long (1/4 length of bursae). Ductus bursae membranous slender. Inception ofductus bursae in posterior lateral third of bursae. Inception of ductus setninalis in anterior side of bursae.Holotype (?): Collected from Breynia frttticosa (L.) Hook, f. (Euphorbiaceae) by Liu Shaking, at Shekpai, Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, China, May 26, 1983.Paratypes (3(?), 3(?)): Collected by Zeng Ren-Guang at Shekpai, Guangzhou, Guangdong -Province, China, May 26, 1983.Phyllocnistis embeliella sp. nov.Adult (?): Wingspan 4mm. Head, palpi, thorax and abdomen silvery white. Antennae grey whitish, basal joints silvery white. Forewings lanceolate, apex acute, produced, silvery-white, two oblique outwardly paralled fuscous lines from nearly middle of costa, first oblique line from below the costa reaching half across wing, second one from the costa reaching less half across wing; space between these two oblique lines is golden yellowish in color; an inwardly oblique slightly curved fine fuscous transverse line at 2/3 of the costa, terminating on middle of dorsum; space beyond this line to the apical portion of the wing is almost entirely yellow brownish; at the apex is a round black dot preceeded by a small silvery scale dot; cilia whitish, with two fine oblique dark fuscous lines in costal cilia, and four fuscous lines radiate-in the apex of wing cilia; the basal half of cilia 'OH termen is ochreous limited by a curved dark fuscous line. Hindwings whitish, cilia whitish.Genitalia (?): very similar to P. breynilla. Uncus absent, yalvae large and narrow with six spines along the margin of apex. Aedeagus cylindrical, ;with a slender chitinized bar and a tubular theca, with three spines on one side, which differs from P. breynilla.Genitalia (?): Bursae copulatrix long, membranous, densely scattered with minute thorn-shaped spines and with two signum crescent in shape with a long spine protruded in its center, the signum (1/10 length of bursae) smaller than
