摘要
目的 建立一种酶免疫法检测牛血清中牛结核分枝杆菌的IgG抗体。方法 从牛结核分枝杆菌中分离牛结核菌糖脂抗原 ,并固相在聚苯乙烯微量反应板上 ,将抗牛IgG单克隆抗体标记在辣根过氧化物酶。 结果 皮肤试验阳性 46头牛中 ,酶标阳性 30头牛。皮肤试验阴性 750头牛中 ,酶标阴性为 70 7头牛。
