摘要 目的 :探讨螺旋CT重建技术在颅脑外伤中的应用价值。方法 :15例颅脑外伤患者 ,利用三维 ( 3D)重建软件 (SSD)、二维重建 (MPR)显示颅脑外伤病灶。结果 :3D软件的最大密度投影 (MIP)对颅顶部骨折显示良好 ,脑表面重建软件可清楚显示硬膜外出血的范围和与脑沟、脑回的关系。结论 :螺旋CT重建技术可为临床提供更多有价值的信息 。 Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic accuracy and clinical values of spiral CT reconstruction in traumatic skull and brain.Methods:Fifteen cases of patients with trauma were examined by spiral CT and then the source images were processed with three dimensional shaded surface display (SSD),and two dimensional MPR reconstruction on workstation.Results:The maximum intensity projection(MIP) was superior to the other reconstruction techniques in the demonstration of the fractures.The extent of epidural hematoma and relationship between hematoma and brain gyrus and sulcus were clearly documented by the reconstructed images using brain SSD software.Conclusion:The spiral CT reconstruction techniques can provide more valuable information,and facilitate the excellent performance of high ranked spiral CT.
