摘要 目的 :探讨黑色素瘤抗原 (MAGE)基因在胃癌组织中的表达 ,为应用MAGE基因产物对胃癌患者进行特异性抗肿瘤免疫治疗提供理论依据。方法 :用逆转录 -聚合酶链反应 (RT PCR)技术检测 30例胃癌组织及相应癌旁组织中MAGE 1、MAGE 2和MAGE 3基因的表达。结果 :30例胃癌组织标本MAGE 1、MAGE 2和MAGE 3基因的表达率分别为 4 6 7%、30 0 %和 36 7% ,有 2 0例至少表达其中 1种基因 ,而相应的癌旁组织均不表达MAGE。结论 :MAGE基因在胃癌组织中有较高的表达率 。 Objective To investigate the expression of MAGE 1,MAGE 2 and MAGE 3 genes in human gastric carcinomas and to provide the possibility of using MAGE gene as a new peptide vaccine for immunotherapy of gastric carcinoma.Methods The expression of MAGE 1,MAGE 2 and MAGE 3 genes in 30 samples of human gastrics carcinomas and 30 samples of corresponding nomal tissue specimens was detected by a reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT PCR).Results The positive percentages of MAGE 1,MAGE 2 and MAGE 3 genes expression were 46 7%,30 0% and 36 7% respectively.Conclusions MAGE gene is expressed in gastric carcinomas at a high percentage.These tumor rejection antigens may provide tumor specific targets for immunotherapy of gastrics carcinomas.
