卵巢癌组织中前列腺素类物质水平及其生物学意义的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :研究前列腺素类物质 (prostaglandins ,PGs)与卵巢上皮性浆液性肿瘤发生发展的关系。方法 :采用放射免疫法对 5 4例卵巢上皮性浆液性肿瘤组织 (浆液性卵巢癌 33例 ;交界性浆液性瘤 10例 ;良性浆液性瘤 11例 )和 10例正常卵巢组织进行前列腺素E2 (PGE2 )、6 酮 前列腺素F1α(6 keto PGF1α)及血栓素B2 (TXB2 )水平检测。结果 :PGE2 、6 keto PGF1α及TXB2 在浆液性癌组织中的水平明显高于交界性浆液性瘤、良性浆液性瘤和正常卵巢组织中的水平 ,均P <0 0 5 ,而交界性、良性瘤和正常卵巢之间比较差异均无显著意义 ,均P >0 0 5。在卵巢上皮性浆液性癌临床Ⅰ +Ⅱ与Ⅲ +Ⅳ期间 ,组织学分级各级别间 ,有无腹水及有无淋巴结转移间PGs水平比较差异均无显著意义 ,均P >0 0 5。结论 :1)PGs可能与卵巢上皮性浆液性肿瘤发生发展有关 ;2 )PGE2 、6 keto PGF1α及TXB2 可作为卵巢上皮性浆液性癌的诊断和鉴别诊断指标。 Objective To study the relationship between prostaglandins levels and ovarian carcinoma biologic behavior in ovarian carcinoma tissue.Methods The levels of PGE 2?6 keto PGF 1α and TXB 2 were detected in 33 samples of ovarian serous carcinomas,10 samples of borderline ovarian serous tumors,11 samples of benign ovarian serous tumors and 10 samples of normal ovarian tissues by radio immunoassay.Results The levels of PGE 2?6 keto PGF 1α and TXB 2 in ovarian serous carcinoma tissues were statistically higher than those in borderline,benign ovarian serous tumors or normal ovarian tissues, P <0 01.The levels were found no significant differences in borderline tissues,benign tissues and normal ovarian tissues, P >0 05. PGE 2?6 keto PGF 1α and TXB 2 were not associated with the clinical stage of ovarian serous carcinoma.Conclusions PGE 2?PGI 2 and TXA 2 are associated with the occurrence and progression of ovarian serous carcinoma and may be a parameter of diagnosis and differential diagnosis in ovarian serous carcinoma.
