冠心病患者血浆载脂蛋白M水平及其相关性研究 被引量:20

摘要 目的 监测冠心病患者血浆中载脂蛋白M (ApoM )的水平 ,了解ApoM与其他脂蛋白或载脂蛋白的关系。方法 应用Dot Blotting技术检测 70例冠心病患者及 85例健康志愿者血浆中ApoM的水平 ,酶法及比浊法检测冠心病患者血浆中载脂蛋白AI(ApoAI)、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)、脂蛋白a(Lpa)、总三酸甘油酯 (TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (LDL C)以及空腹血糖 (Glu) ;比较冠心病患者和健康志愿者血浆中ApoM的水平 ,对ApoM与其他脂蛋白的关系进行相关性分析。结果 冠心病患者血浆中ApoM的水平为 (3 .3 55± 0 .12 2 2 )ODu·mm- 2 ,明显高于健康志愿者 (2 .0 97± 0 .0 5988)ODu·mm- 2 (P <0 .0 1) ,与ApoAI(r=-0 .2 42 3 ,P =0 .0 43 3 )、LDL C ApoB(r =-0 .2 481,P =0 .0 3 83 )、LDL C(r =-0 .2 60 8,P =0 .0 2 92 )相关。健康志愿组血浆ApoM与HDL C (r =0 .3 4 69,P =0 .0 0 95)、HDL C ApoAI(r =0 .414 6,P =0 .0 0 16)相关。结论 ApoM可能参与了体内的胆固醇代谢 。 ObjectiveTo determine the plasma levels of apolipoprotein M (Apo M) in patients suffered from coronary atherosclerotic disease(CAD)and to inv estigate the correlation between ApoM and other apolipoproteins. Methods Determ ining plasma levels of ApoM by Dot-Blotting in 70 CAD patients and in 85 normal volunteers,and measuring plasma concentrations of apolipoprotein AI (ApoAI), a polipoprotein B (Apo B),lipoprotein a (Lpa),total triglycerides (TG),total cholesterol (TC),cholesterols in high density lipoproteins (HDL?C) and low de nsity lipoproteins (LDL?C) with the methods of automated immunonephelometry and enzymatic methods at the clinical laboratory,third affiliated hospital of S uzhou University,comparing the plasma levels of ApoM in CAD patients with norma l volunteers and analyzing the correlation between ApoM and other apolipoprotein s.ResultsThe plasma concentrations of ApoM in CAD patients were significantly higher than those in normal volunteers ( t =9.745, P <0.01) and ne gatively correlated with ApoAI( r =-0.2423, P =0.0433),LDL?C/ApoB( r = -0.2481, P =0.0 383) and LDL?C( r =-0.26080, P =0.0292),however,ApoM in normal voluntee rs was posi tively correlated with HDL?C( r =0.3469, P =0.0095) and HDL?C/ApoAI( r =0.4146, P =0.0016).Conclusion ApoM might be involved in the metabolism of cholesterol in vivo and be assoc iated with the development of CAD.
