冠心病患者血清IL-1β、IL-1Ra、IL-1Ra/IL-1β比值的监测及临床意义

The clinical significance of monitoring for serum IL-1b、IL-1Ra and IL-1Ra/IL-b ratio in patients with coronary heart disease

目的 探讨白细胞介素 1β(IL 1β)、白细胞介素 1受体拮抗剂 (IL 1Ra)水平以及IL 1Ra/IL β比值在冠心病 (CHD)患者血清中的变化以及IL 1β与IL 1Ra水平之间的相关性。方法 用酶联免疫吸附试验检测了 30例急性心肌梗死 (AMI)、37例不稳定性心绞痛 (UA)、2 0例稳定性心绞痛 (SA)和 2 7例健康人血清IL 1β、IL 1Ra和IL 1Ra/IL1β水平。 结果 UA组和AMI组患者血清IL 1β水平均显著高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ;UA组患者血清IL 1Ra水平以及UA组与AMI组患者血清IL 1Ra/IL 1β水平显著低于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1或P <0 .0 5 ) ;UA组与AMI组患者血清IL 1β和IL 1Ra水平无明显相关性(P >0 .0 5 )。结论 IL 1β在CHD发病过程中可能起着促进作用 ,而IL 1Ra可能起着抑制作用 ;二者的免疫失调状态可能与急性冠脉综合征密切相关 ;IL 1Ra/IL

Objective To study the changes of serum level of interleukin-1b (IL-1b),interleukin-1 receptor antagonist(IL-1Ra)and IL-1Ra/IL-b ratio in the patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) as well as the relationship between IL-1b and IL-1Ra levels.Methods The serum levels of IL-1b and IL-1Ra were detected in 30 patients of acute myocardial infarction (AMI)),37 unstable angina (UA),20 stable angina (SA) and 27 healthy individuals by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and IL-1Ra/IL-b ratio was calculated.Results Compared with the control,the IL-1b level in patients with UA and AMI was significantly higher,but the IL-1Ra level in patients with UA and the IL-1Ra/IL-b ratio in patients with UA and AMI was significantly lower.There was no correlation between IL-1b and IL-1Ra levels in patients with UA and AMI.Conclusions The IL-1b might accelerate the progress of CHD,but the IL-1Ra might suppress it.The immune maladjustment of IL-1b and IL-1Ra might be correlative to acute coronary syndrome, and the IL-1Ra/IL-b ratio might be an available index for the severity of CHD.
