摘要
采用开氏消煮 常量蒸馏 纳氏试剂光度法测定土壤中的全氮量 ,其变异系数为 1.9%~ 3.4 % ,蒸馏试验回收率为 93%~ 11% ,与经典的测定方法相比 ,相对误差为 0 .9%~ 3.4 %。该方法和经典的半微量 滴定法相比 ,操作简便 。
The authors use the Kelvin digestion-macro-sample distillation-Nessler's reagent colorimetric method to test the total nitrogen of the soil. It is easier to operate and more quick to test mass samples than the traditional method. The result of the experiment shows that the coefficient of variation and the recovery rate of this method are 1.9%~3.4% and 93%~101%. The relative error which compares with the traditional method is 0.9%~3.4%.
