摘要
该测试系统利用微机并口控制 ,结合近年发展起来的虚拟仪表技术 ,采用高精度的LCR电桥和温湿炉对湿敏元件的各项参数进行多工位的连续自动测量。采用四线法保证参数测量的准确性。软件则使用可视化编程 ,使用户在友好的WINDOWS界面下操作。同时还实现了实时的数据显示、曲线绘制、数据计算分析及打印绘制功能。最大测试工位为 4 0 96 ,根据用户特殊要求 。
The system is an intelligent instrument adopting the new technology of virtual instrument (VI), which is controlled by the parallel port of PC. It measures the parameters of humidity sensors continuously and numerously with the help of high precision LCR and temperature & humidity house. Four-wire ruler is used to eliminate the error when testing. Visual programming technology is used in this software and this software can work in Windows OS. It not only realized real-time measure and display of data, but also extended a series of functions include curve plot, print output, etc. The most channels' number is 4096. It can be extended to more when there is an especial need.
