摘要
医疗康复与医学治疗中 ,医学图象的三维重建是一个重要的组成部分。文章应用CAD的自由形状实体建模技术 ,借助于先进的CAD/CAM软件 (Pro/Engineer)和五轴数控加工机床 (DMU 70V ) ,在医学图象三维重构的复杂曲面制造中 ,综合运用曲线拟合、曲面构造、实体造型、数控编程、数控加工仿真、数控加工等技术 ,加工出高质量、高精度的满足实际需要的复杂曲面的产品 (如片断的大腿骨等 )
In medical rehabilitation and medical treatment, the 3D reconstruction of the medical image is one of important part. This paper , we uses CAD freeform solid modeling, by means of the advanced integrated CAD/CAM software (Pro/Engineer 2001)and advanced 5-axis NC machine(DMU 70V), in the complicated surface manufacture of the 3D reconstruction of the medical image, we use the method of curve fitting, surface construction, solid-model, NC program, NC manufacture simulation, at last get a high quality, complicated surface production(for example, the part of the femur).
