摘要
近年来,以可编程控制器为主体,结合模拟量、高速计数器、温度传感器等智能模块以及触摸屏组成的自动控制系统在包装机械中得到了广泛应用,文中通过PLC典型应用介绍其硬件和软件的设计分析,展示了其在包装检测、称重、计数、定长以及温度控制中的应用优势。
The automatic control system used PLC as main control unit with various intelligent modules and touching screen was introduced.Through the design and analysis of the hardware and software,the applied advantage in packaging examination of weight、count、definite length and in temperature control machines were obviously demonstrated.
