Education of navigation in the leval of higher vocational education has clear aim of position and characteristics of vocational education.Through the exploration for many years it has formed succesful pattern of running school.Higher vocational education should draw on its successful experience in aspects of construction of teaching system,construction in teaching staff,construction of speciality,management of teaching quality and education in professional qualified certificate.
