着眼于全球就业背景和我国就业现状,从需求总量、就业结构、局部需求三个层面,探讨我国人力市场供需走势;从分布结构不平衡、毕业流向多元化、人才需求复合化、就业岗位大众化四个方面,探求当前大专生就业走势,并提出相应对策.

Aiming at the employment background in the world and the current situation of employment in our country, the demand trend of manpower is discussed from 3 aspects of overall demand, employment structure and local demand. The employment trend of junior college students is explored from 4 aspects of unbalanced distribution structure, multiple moving direction of graduates, compound demand on talents and popularization of employment position. Some countermeasafes are put forward in the end.
