摘要
制约农村教育可持续发展的最根问题,在于农村教育目标的一元化,突出表现为单一应试性、城市性与离农性.实现农村人力资源'深度开发'这一目标的根本措施,是从目标、内容、形式、结构和布局诸方面,尤其是在农村教育目标上彻底改革农村教育.农村教育目标应由一元化向多元化转变.
The unified educational target is the basic problem to hinder the sustainable development of rural education. The basic measure to achieve the deepen development of rural human resource is to reform the rural education thoroughly from aspects of target, content, type, structure and distribution, especially in educational target. The rural educational target should be changed from unified to multified.
