摘要
本文介绍了一种新型的以CPLD器件为硬件逻辑核心,以嵌入式实时操作系统MiniRTL为软件平台,以工业绣花机作为机械平台的、PC104嵌入式工控机和51单片机多机联控系统的设计;经试验证明,该系统能够稳定地控制工业绣花机运转,且系统成本低廉,具有商业化潜力。
This paper introduced the application of a new type system with the collaboration of PC104 industrial computer and 51 MCU. This system's hardware logic kernel is CPLD, and its software platform is embedded real time linux (MiniRTL) . The whole system is to apply on an industrial embroider machine.
